What to write about

Bugs — the most useful reports. If a seat won’t take a guest, a drag misbehaves on your device, or a saved event won’t load, tell us: the browser and version, the device (phone/tablet/desktop), and what you did in order. The status line under the room shows exactly what the tool last did — quote it if you can.

Print and export problems. If the printed chart clips, the guest list doesn’t paginate, or the PNG comes out blank, include the browser, the paper size selected in the print dialog, and roughly how many tables and guests the chart had. Print pipelines differ across browsers more than any other part of the tool.

Feature requests. Table shapes we don’t offer (squares, serpentine, half-round), per-table guest lists in the printout, XLSX/CSV import formats, named seat positions — if it would make the planner genuinely more useful, name it. Requests that come with a real scenario get built first.

Corrections. If a number in the table-capacity guide or a convention in the etiquette guide is wrong or outdated, say so — specific corrections with a source or a real-world counterexample are how these pages stay honest.

Everything else. Accessibility issues, mobile layout problems, partnership or licensing questions.

Response

Every message is read by a person — no ticket queue, no canned replies. Bug reports and corrections usually get an answer within a few days; feature discussions can take longer when the queue is full.
